To Doug and the Honda Service Team,

I just wanted to say thank you so very much for all your help when my battery died on my van. I had picked up my grandson and we were headed for an afternoon of swimming at a friend’s pool. When the van wouldn’t start, he was one disappointed kid. My husband came home and got the van started. I called and let you know when we were on our way. You and your team had us in and out and on our way in a half-hour. We were still able to get in a couple of hours of pool time.

Thank you. You made quite an impression on my grandson on how kind some people can be. He recognized how busy you were that day and that you had to work us into your schedule. I just wanted to let you know it was appreciated.
