Our general manager, John Dullaghan, recently received the following letter from a satisfied customer:

Mr. Dullaghan:

I wanted to share with you my experience purchasing a car at the Don Ayres dealership. I met with Bill Hulwick who introduced me to Jared Heiniger. They listened to what I was looking for, how much of a down payment I wanted to make and the monthly payment I was comfortable with. Bill had several cars that fit my criteria and asked Jared to show me. Jared offered to pull them up closer to the building so I wouldn’t have to walk across the lot.

I was quite impressed with the variety of cars they had to offer and was actually a little concerned that I would have difficulty narrowing my choices. When I first saw the car that I ended up buying, I knew it was the one for me. Jared accompanied me on a test drive and explained the features. It was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Both Bill and Jared were very polite and professional, easy to talk to, made eye contact and smiled. Even though Jared was my salesperson, Bill made it a point before I left to thank me for my business and told me to call if I needed anything.

When co-workers and neighbors notice my new car, I take the opportunity to share my car-buying experience with the team at Don Ayres.

I’m a huge proponent of not only letting somebody know when something needs improvement, but I also like to share when I feel something is working. Congratulations on the fine team at Don Ayres.
