As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers, and this letter to service manager Doug Settle certainly made us smile! Thanks to all who take the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail! Keep those letters coming!

Dear Doug,

I just wanted to send along this letter to compliment you and your service team on a job well done. I recently brought my car in two different times and was treated tremendously well by your team. The first time I had to get a new light bulb in a front lamp and the service gentleman not only changed the bulb for me, but he also took the time to air my tires up all while I was in paying for the bulb at the service desk. The second time, I brought my car in for an oil change during your evening hours of operation and was treated equally well by Ivan A., who was very nice and accommodating.

Every time that I bring my car into the Don Ayres Honda service department I have been treated well by you and your team. I can’t begin to tell you how much that means to me to be treated so well. It has been nothing but positive. The service professionals have always been very friendly, honest, and competent. I feel like if they don’t know the answer to something that they will find someone that does. You have serviced my cars for some time and I always feel confident in bringing my car back to Don Ayres. Thank you for your excellent service and reputation. It is always much appreciated,
