As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. We received this letter recently, and we were quite touched by Patrick’s kind words. Thank you to all who take the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail! Keep those letters coming!

Dear Sir:

I want to express my sincere thanks to your service group for always providing us with courteous, prompt and fair service. It is rare these days to find honesty and trustworthiness – especially in the automotive repair business. As a long-time customer (in 1986 we purchased our first Accord), we have come to rely on your service group, including Dave Steenport and Doug Settle, for all of our automotive service needs – even for those vehicles which we own that are non-Honda products.

I wanted to let you know that I appreciate having a group that we can depend upon to deliver service that goes beyond the expected. I trust that you know how valuable these individuals are to your organization and to the continued growth and success of your operations.

I will continue to recommend your service department – especially Dave and Doug – to my friends and my daughter, who has two Hondas of her own.
