As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. Thanks to Kathy, who recently sent this kind letter to general manager John Dullaghan. Thanks also to everyone who takes the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail! Keep those letters coming!

Dear John,

I can’t thank you enough for introducing me to Anwar! For the past several months, he has been so attentive in searching for that perfect used Odyssey for me. He called me weekly to update me on the arrival of vans that might be of interest to me or just to “check in.” When I finally met him in person, I was greeted with such warmth and hospitality. He treated me like an old friend and made buying a new car (which I HATE to do … sorry) a very stress-free and pleasant experience.

What I especially appreciated was the time he spent demonstrating to me the many features of the car. As I am not a reader of operating manuals, it was really important to me that someone would actually SHOW me how to operate all the gadgets. By the time I left the lot and drove the van home, I was an “expert” with the hands-free phone and the navigation system!

The level of personal service provided by Anwar was exceptional and you can be sure that I will let everyone know of the terrific experience I had at Don Ayres Honda. I LOVE MY VAN!!!
