It is rare these days to find honesty and trustworthiness – especially in the automotive repair business. As a longtime customer, (in 1986 we purchased our first Accord), we have come to rely on your service group, including Dave Steenport and Doug Settle, for all of our automotive service needs – even for those vehicles which we own that are non-Honda products.
I wanted to let you know that I appreciate having a group that we can depend upon to deliver service that goes beyond the expected. I trust that you know how valuable these individuals are to your organization and to the continued growth and success of your operations.
