Hi Sara,

I just wanted to pass along some feedback on my recent purchase of a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe EX-L with NAVI. Rick Kruger and I had been in contact quite a while before my purchase in June of 2011. Once I made up my mind to purchase the generation 9 Civic in June, due to the parts issues in Japan I ended up waiting until September before Honda accepted my order. I knew this up front when placing the order. Throughout the whole process, Rick was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed of everything and when I did contact him, he was great to work with and answered all my questions. He even assisted me on his days off, which speaks volumes. This was probably the best car buying experience I have had! Rick has a great attitude and I love his sales style. This is the fourth new Honda I have bought at your dealership since 1978. My last vehicle was a 2002 Acura RS-X Type S, which Dave Steenport has been servicing since I bought it. Dave has worked on all my Honda/Acura vehicles and I trust him as my mechanic and know he will do an awesome job. Knowing what quality people you have working at your dealership makes it easy when choosing a new vehicle. Jay Hyland and Doug Settle are great as well. I did look at other vehicles, but service is a BIG decision when buying a product and I know that your service department is the best in town.

I just LOVE my new car and look forward to many years maintaining it at your dealership!
