As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. Thanks to Elizabeth, who recently sent this letter to sales manager Rick Squires about one of the dedicated members of our sales team. Thanks also to everyone who takes the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail! Keep those letters coming!

Dear Mr. Squires,

Thank you for your recent email. It demonstrates the high quality of service provided by Don Ayres Honda. This letter is to commend to you Gabriel Tichenor, the gentleman who helped me  when I came in to test drive a Honda Fit. Recently, I have visited several car dealerships in town, and while all of the sales persons were courteous, Gabriel demonstrated a professionalism and sincerity that stood out among the rest.

Gabriel provided relevant information pertaining to the vehicle, as well as other options to consider. He asked questions that were pertinent, and he was kind. He knew his material very well. Since I had to work that evening, Gabriel was attentive in working around the time that was available. His follow-up telephone call and postcard were also considerate.

While a decision is yet to be made, I just wanted to let you know that I appreciated this young man’s professional demeanor, work ethic and courtesy. He is definitely an asset to your company.
