As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. Thanks to Steven, who visited our dealership after a traumatic traffic accident. Thanks also to everyone who takes the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail! Keep those letters coming!

Mr. Dullaghan:

First, let me thank you for the complimentary Mike’s car washes following the purchase of my 2004 Nissan Armada. Second, I would like to convey to you a number of issues that influenced by decision to approach your dealership in my need for a vehicle. I truly believe you will benefit from what follows!

Several months ago, my youngest daughter and I were driving up to Mongo, IN to do some trout fishing. We were on I-69, just a couple mile north of SR 8 in Auburn, when a white-tailed deer decided to permanently retire my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. When the car-deer collision occurred, I thought we were going to roll the Jeep. The hood sprung up, acted like a sail on a sailboat, and every attempt to to keep it upright was met with great resistance. We survived. So, to say the least, when I was in the market for a new vehicle, I was already stressed out.

I chose to visit your location the day after the accident because my company has purchased a number of fleet vehicles from your dealership, and we use your service department almost exclusively.

I was originally in the market for another Grand Cherokee of a newer model year when I was searching through websites and viewed what your dealership had to offer. When I arrived the next Monday morning, the events that unfolded were just short of amazing.

Rick Zabolotney came out, and we made an instant connection. I told him the story of the Jeep’s demise, and we bonded with fishing and hunting stories. He responded with the offerings of a Ford Explorer or the Nissan Armada, which were both in my payment range. The Armada has fulfilled my expectations and has actually exceeded them. It’s an awesome SUV.

I told Rick Z. after all of the papers were signed that he made this whole episode a pleasurable experience. That was much appreciated in my time of need!
