As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. Thanks to Barbara, who recently sent this letter to recognize sales and leasing consultant Dave Smith. Thanks also to everyone who takes the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail! Keep those letters coming!

Our son, Sean Maher, works at Don Ayres, and he knew we were in the market
for a used car. My husband and I had driven around to other car lots in the
city looking to see what I liked. Sean said that we should stop at Don
Ayres as they had a good selection of reasonably priced vehicles. He said if we knew what we were in the market for, the Don Ayres staff would keep their eyes
open to search out what we wanted. Sean told us that they had some of the
types of vehicles we were looking for on the lot.

My husband and I visited Don Ayres to see what was available. We were especially looking for a used Jeep Cherokee, Ford Explorer or Ford Escape. We met Dave Smith, salesperson at Don Ayres,  while were looking over the inventory on your lot. Dave asked us if he could help us and he reviewed with us what we were in the market for. He took my work email address to contact me with whatever he found. He said that he would actively look for what I had requested, and he did locate what we wanted.

Sean and Dave had spoken about what I wanted/expected in a vehicle. After searching and locating a couple of other vehicles, Dave finally found one that was a perfect fit for me — a 2011 Ford Escape. Dave worked with Bill Hulwick at Don Ayres, and we are extremely happy with our purchase. We also took out a 4-year/50,000-mile additional warranty on the Escape. Don Ayres has given us wonderful follow-through, in addition to finding us the right vehicle at the right price.

I have already received several compliments on my Ford Escape that we purchased from you. I’ve told everyone that for a good deal and fast, courteous, excellent service and follow-through, they should go to Don Ayres Honda and ask for Dave Smith as he will do a wonderful job. As far as service goes, you get an A++.
