I’ve been a satisfied customer of Don Ayres Honda Service for a long time. That was until today. Now I am an absolutely blown-away and satisfied customer. This morning, you took the extra effort to provide me exceptional customer service when you replaced my low beam head lamp.
The young man who waited on me said it would be about an hour. Then the most amazing thing happened. You went out to my car, popped the hood, removed the bulb and went to the parts counter. As I paid for the part, you replaced the bulb and had me on my way. You did not know that my wife just had surgery, and I was in a hurry to return home. Your “Service Excellence” moved me to tears.
I rarely experience that kind of service anywhere. I always have good-to-great service at Ayres. Today, on a scale of 1 to 5, I had a 15!
