As always, we love to hear from our satisfied customers. Thanks to Dusty, who recently sent this letter to Sara Ayres about his good sales experience. Thanks also to everyone who takes the time to keep in touch with us via Facebook, Twitter, email and good ‘ole fashioned snail mail! Keep those letters coming!

Sara,

I wanted to tell you about an excellent experience that I had at Don Ayres Honda on Saturday.

My wife and I had made the decision, with a 2nd child on the way, to look for a new vehicle on Saturday with plans to buy if we found something we really liked. We looked at SUVs with a 3rd row at 4 different dealerships on Saturday morning and had decided we weren’t quite sure if that’s what we wanted. We then decided to look at a minivan and my wife knew that if we were thinking about a van we were looking at a Honda Odyssey first.

When we arrived on Saturday, the store was extremely busy; however we were greeted by two different members of the Don Ayres team telling us that they would find someone to help. Before that happened we quickly ran in to Justin Price while looking at the Odyssey in the showroom. Despite an upcoming appointment, Justin’s willingness to help, enthusiasm, and knowledge made us feel very comfortable working with him right off the bat.

After test driving the vehicle and learning a lot about Honda, the dealership, the Odyssey and talking to Rick, we decided that was the vehicle we wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, we didn’t get as much from our trade-in as we had hoped and the vehicle was outside of our price range. Justin then presented us with leasing options and answered all of our questions about the leasing process. We seriously considered the option, but decided we would rather buy. At that point, we were prepared to walk out of the dealership without the Odyssey. However, working with the Don Ayres team was a great experience and we knew that we would be back at a later date to purchase our Odyssey. Before we left, we had one more conversation with Justin and Rick, and we were able to find a financing option that worked within our budget and decided to purchase the Odyssey at that time.

The store very very busy on Saturday, however, Justin was very skilled at keeping us up to date on the process and getting our paperwork completed. He made the time pass very quickly.

Thank you for putting a wonderful team together at Don Ayres Honda. The employees seemed to be genuinely engaged and enjoying their work which was very comforting for us. Thank you as well to Justin and Rick for the excellent service they provided. We will certainly be recommending Don Ayres to our friends and look forward to purchasing our next vehicle from Don Ayres Honda!
