While being towed behind our motor home in Texas, our brand new Honda CR-V lost its front quarter black plastic bumper, light, etc., to a large tire tread fragment. A pair of kitchen scissors and duct tape got us to our scheduled chassis check and service at Cummins Crosspoint in Fort Wayne. After leaving the motor home, we drove to your nearby location where we talked to Jody Talarico. You have a jewel there. She is personable, knowledgeable, and clearly honest. She assessed the damage, ordered parts, had the technicians start on the repairs, called us to get approval for more parts and repairs as they got into the damaged area, brought the repairs in close to the initial estimate, and had us on our way three days later. Looking at the car now, one would never know it had been damaged.
Kudos to you for having such a competent and happy person in a potentially problematic area of any auto dealership and for having technicians that do such fine work.
