Just wanted to thank you and your staff for taking care of me late Monday afternoon when I came in with a flat tire. I am always amazed at the wonderful service I receive at Don Ayres. Doug was wonderful, and not only worked very hard to find me a valve stem, but when I told him I needed to schedule an oil change, he said they could do it at the same time. I was so grateful that you were able to work me in and I didn’t have to drive 30 miles home and back to work on the donut tire!
I also want to tell you about something I observed while waiting for my car. There was an older lady who had a car problem and we talked a little bit. She left before I did and then returned a short time later. She was visibly upset. I watched as Doug cam in, got down on one knee and soothed this lady as she began to cry. He told her they were going to take care of her and not to worry. They were going to provide a car for her overnight and that she wouldn’t have to pay any more for it. Doug provided what I call exceptional service. I was the only one waiting and it was something I won’t soon forget.
Please tell Doug how much I appreciate not only excellent service to me, but to this lady too.
