I had a car emergency and it reminded me why I like doing business with your company. I left an email last night after hours. Jeremy called me today and even was able to get my car’s first-look inspection within an hour of it being dropped off by the tow truck. I am not a lifelong buyer, this is the first car I have bought from Don Ayres, I have always been leery of buying in Fort Wayne (I am from Auburn, a smaller community where I know and trust people), but I wanted the Civic Hybrid, and I must say, all my services have been great, the price exceptionally reasonable, my wife loves dropping off the car with the wait center (she loves the cookies and coffee while they service it). This is not something I say to most businesses, but your customer service is exceptional and that is why I keep coming back. And a special thank you to Jeremy for staying in contact with me and updating me. Dave
