I want to take a minute to pass along my gratitude for your shuttle service last Thursday and Friday. The driver is a wonderful asset to your organization because of the positive, kind and polite attitude displayed to me and the other customers during our ride. Because of a part not delivered in a timely manner, I had to utilize your shuttle service a second consecutive day. Because of your driver’s positive, kind and polite personality, having to take my car back to the shop a second time was not a bad experience. He’s a keeper. He deserves a pay raise!
