We had a wonderful and stress free experience with Andy Hitzemann. He was so helpful and patient with us. He took us on two long test drives and was able to answer all of our questions about the cars/SUVs we looked at. He gave us time to discuss and did not pressure us in any way. He was quick to check in and respond to text messages or calls. Additionally, he was very personable and made us feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend visiting Andy at Don Ayers! We would also like to shout out to Business Manager, John Chase, who was extremely helpful with the process. He made sure we understood everything on the business side of things. Rick is an example of a truly “customer-oriented” salesperson. He assumed responsibility for us when our previous salesperson left the dealership, and Rick has kept in contact with me. My husband is now terminally ill and we needed to sell one of our two Hondas. I reached out to Rick, explaining our situation. He consulted with his manager and together these two men made the sale of our much-loved Odyssey as easy as possible. It is evident why Jeremy has so many "TOP DOG" trophies for top service advisor he ran out of room on his desk. Although not so happy with my Honda, he made the experience pleasant with his friendly yet professional approach. He attended to each problem and called with prices as requested. Great but didn't have no good deals
This is the third car our family has bought from Andy. The first one was 10 yrs ago. He is not pushy and won’t try to sell you something you can’t afford or don’t like.
