Don Ayres named DealerRater Dealer of the Year
We’re excited to share some exciting news … we’ve been named a 2013 DealerRater Dealer of the Year. The award recognizes top dealerships across the United States and Canada that rank the highest in their state for customer service. Rankings are decided based on customer reviews posted on DealerRater’s website.
“We truly care about our customers,” says Don Ayres vice president Sara Ayres. “It is very rewarding to have our strong customer service recognized.”
Dealerships must have at least 25 new reviews during the previous calendar year to qualify. In addition, they must average 4.0+ out of 5.0 in customer ratings and they cannot have been blacklisted within the last 12 months. This is the first time Don Ayres Honda has received the award.
“Without our customers, we wouldn’t have a business,” says Ayres. “To win an award chosen solely by our customers is quite the honor.”
