How should you care for the seats in your car?

Leather seats are fairly durable, which is why they are popular among car owners. Still, after time, they’re bound to show signs of wear and tear.

Leather cleaner will help remove dirt, stains and other grime. Then, to prevent continued buildup, apply a leather protectant. A product with conditioners will help keep your leather seats supple. (Tip: use a cloth rag to clean and treat leather seats.)

If you have cloth seats, use a spray bottle to apply a small amount of warm water (be careful – you don’t want to soak the seats). Then, spray some upholstery cleaner on the seats and wait a few minutes. Use a rag to scrub any stubborn stains or spots. Finally, vacuum the seats to remove any remaining residue.
