So long, scheduling snafus

We’ve been extremely busy the last few months, and while that’s a sign that business is good, it also means that some of you have experienced unnecessary headaches when you called to schedule a service appointment.

We are aware of some instances in which calls were not answered in a timely fashion. We also know that some of you have had to wait a week or more for the next available service appointment.

We’re working to fix these problems. Here’s what we’re doing to make sure future experiences at Don Ayres are more enjoyable:

  • We’re expanding our service department, including the addition of an expanded service drive. (Construction will begin soon.)
  • We’re combining our GM and Honda service departments. As always, we will continue to service all makes and models.
  • All of our Pontiac-GMC Master Technicians are becoming Honda Certified Technicians
  • We are transferring existing GM service writers, cashiers and technicians into the Honda service department.
